Plato Mail allows you to create your own professional HTML email newsletters, invitations and other key communications in-house.

Preview your email campaign as you build it

Our live editor allows you to see your email campaign as you build it. You can add your own text and pictures to your template by either typing direct into the template or copying and pasting from other formats such as Microsoft Word. You can even save your drafts so you can come back and finish campaigns later if necessary.

Pick a template, any template

We will design a professional custom-designed template or multiple templates specifically for your use. We can design and load as many templates as you require, for example you can have a template for newsletters, invitations and a separate template for special offers or promotions so your clients know what they’re receiving at a glimpse.

Complete sender control

With Plato Mail you can create your own subject line and which email address any replies should be forwarded to. We also manage all of your legal requirements by instantly recording and updating any unsubscribes and bounced emails so you can rest assured you are compliant with SPAM legislation.

Send now or schedule for later

Once you are finished creating your email campaign, you can send yourself a test version, send it immediately or schedule it for delivery at another time, whether that is tomorrow, next week or next month so you can plan your campaigns well in advance. Sending campaigns to less than 5 people is free – so you can test your campaigns to as many individuals as you require.
